WeGO members attended the international IT Conference «Strike-2018» in the Ulyanovsk region

 Participants from Palestine and Sri Lanka attended the international IT conference «Strike!» within the framework of cooperation with WeGO.

 IT specialists were impressed by the informal forum and interesting reports.

 «Thanks to WeGO, we had an opportunity to attend the event and learn about IT trends in Russia and meet interesting people. As an IT specialist I always try to absorb new technologies and learn more about world trends.  Since 2010 the Ulyanovsk region cooperates with WeGO. Representatives of WeGO member-cities have already visited our region more than once. Last year WeGO members from Sudan, Nigeria, Sri Lanka and Uzbekistan attended IT- conferences in Ulyanovsk. It should be reminded that WeGO Europe Regional office is situated in Ulyanovsk since 2013. At the IV WeGO General Assembly Ulyanovsk was elected as a WeGO Vice President City until 2020.
